(L.A.) Isaac Dueñas, 41, Died in a Side Yard

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at a side yard.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Isaac Dueñas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-December, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
