Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Wendell Moore.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Polysubstance Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
