(L.A.) Miguel Tahay, 30, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Miguel Tahay of Northridge.

Height: 5 feet 5 inches / Weight: 150 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

RIP MIGUEL ADOLFO TAHAY (May 19, 1995 – September 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
