The coroner’s office identified the man as Eliseo Martinez Flores.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Coronary Artery Thrombosis

Cause of Death C: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus
