(L.A.) Alejandro Barragan Garcia, 50, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Alejandro Barragan Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Alcohol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 27.

This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
