(L.A.) Michael D’Agostino, 69, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael D’Agostino of South Gate.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP MICHAEL VITO D’AGOSTINO (May 13, 1956 – August 1, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
