Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Alfredo Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
