The coroner’s office has identified the man as Albert Barrera. Born in L.A. County.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Isopropanol and Acetone Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early September.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
