(L.A.) Joe Perez, 59, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joe Perez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Intestinal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Gastric Antral Ulcer

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 20.

The antrum is the lowermost part of the stomach. In general, antral ulcers may be caused by either infection with Helicobacter pylori or by intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like naproxen, aspirin and ibuprofen.

Antral ulcers are very rare — something like less than 2 percent of all stomach ulcers.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
