(L.A.) Mauricio Arana, 24, Died in Granada Hills

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Mauricio Arana.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made Monday night.

The decedent was ejected from a vehicle involved in a crash in the 10700 block of Lindley Avenue, near Chatsworth Street.

LAFD said the incident happened at around 9:07 p.m.
