(L.A.) Ollie Tinsley, 69, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Black male that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ollie Tinsley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

RIP OLLIE TINSLEY (February 24, 1956 – July 26, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

LAFD sent out a bulletin at 1:16 pm about a fire in an industrial area of Valley Glen.

It was a Class A motorhome parked curbside at 13400 West Raymer Street.

Class A motorhomes are one of the largest and most luxurious classes of RVs, typically built on a commercial bus or truck chassis.

Valley Glen is a neighborhood in the southeastern part of the San Fernando Valley in the city of Los Angeles.
