(L.A.) Tommy Henson, 48, Died in a Vacant Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a vacant lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Tommy Henson.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl
