(L.A.) Sergio Soto, 47, Died in a Vacant Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a vacant lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Sergio Soto.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Heroin Intoxication

RIP SERGIO SOTO (October 20, 1962 – July 22, 2010)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
