Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sandra Douglas.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Opiates
Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus
