Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Black female that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Teresa Lindsey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: History of Hypertension

RIP TERESA LINDSEY (1976 – July 13, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
