The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Peña.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Blunt-Force Head Trauma (Subdural Hematoma)

Cause of Death B: Due to a Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Alcohol Abuse, History of Recurrent Falls, Homelessness / Transient Living Conditions
