(L.A.) Denise Lozano, 61, Died at a Homeless Shelter

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a homeless shelter.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Denise Lozano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine, Hydrocodone, and Morphine

RIP DENISE LOZANO (October 21, 1963 – May 22, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
