Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edwin Santiago.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects
Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Congestive Heart Failure; Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.
The decedent appears to have been of Filipino descent.
