(L.A.) Heidi Alvarez, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Heidi Alvarez and listed her race/ethnicity as Hispanic + White/Caucasian.

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was born in L.A. County.
