Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Medhat Nayel Mahmoud and listed his race/ethnicity as Black [sic].
Height: 5 feet 8 inches / Weight: 220 pounds
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.
The decedent may have been of Egyptian descent.
