The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donell Lewis.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cerebral Infarction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cerebrovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Systemic Atherosclerosis; Chronic Kidney Disease; Anemia, Nonspecific Dementia
