The coroner’s office identified the man as Edward Gallagher.

Cause of Death A: Acute Respiratory Arrest

Cause of Death B: Acute Hypoxic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death C: Influenza A Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Ischemic Stroke, Dysphagia
