(L.A.) Lamarr Amos, 32, Died in an Empty Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Black male that occurred at an empty lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lamarr Amos.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP LAMARR AMOS (March 6, 1993 – May 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
