Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a beach.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Raymond Simeroth.

The decedent was a homeless man whose skull and bone(s) washed ashore at RAT Beach along the Palos Verdes Peninsula. DNA testing confirmed his identity.
He was an army veteran. His remains were buried on June 18 at the Riverside National Cemetery, which is dedicated to the interment of United States military personnel.
