The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Mahan Soto.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Frontal Lobe Dementia
