(L.A.) Oscar Carmona-Vivar, 22, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office identified the young man as Oscar Carmona-Vivar.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Alprazolam, Oxycodone, MDA, and MDMA

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:35 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
