The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alberto Bernal Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Diabetes Mellitus

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:10 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 25.
