The coroner’s office has identified the man as Enrique Tom.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure and Quadriplegia

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury, at C4 and C5

Other Significant Conditions: Traumatic Thoracic Rib Fractures; Medical History of Atrial Fibrillation, Unspecified Colon Cancer and Unspecified Lung Cancer
