The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alfredo Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Acute Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death C: Acute Renal Failure

Cause of Death D: Pneumonia

Other Significant Condition: Multiple Blunt Traumatic Injuries
