Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old male that occurred at a construction site in Hollywood.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Sokolosky, registered resident of West Avenue J10 in Lancaster.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hemopericardium

Cause of Death B: Acute Aortic Dissection

Cause of Death C: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine
