Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Scott Reynolds.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death B: Dysphagia

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP SCOTT REYNOLDS (December 31, 1956 – February 14, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:56 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20.
