The coroner’s office has identified the infant girl as Itzel Hallett Cofsky.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Suffocation

RIP ITZEL HALLETT COFSKY (January 2, 2025 – March 13, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:47 a.m.

The decedent was about two and a half months old.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in June.
