The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Locke.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases and Seizure Disorder
