(L.A.) Jesse Garza, 27, Died in Diamond Bar

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street in Diamond Bar.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jesse Garza of Pomona.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

RIP JESSE GARZA (July 11, 1997 – March 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:25 a.m.

The decedent was fatally injured in a three-car collision on Diamond Bar Boulevard and Temple Avenue.

He was driving a Ford. The other vehicles invovled were a Lexus and a Honda.

Speed, DUI and possibly a red-light violation were responsible for the crash.

Winston Jarrett Fairchild, 24, has been charged with murder, driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury, and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more. He was arraigned on Thursday, March 6, in Pomona Superior Court.
