The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edward Moore.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism
Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities
Other Significant Conditions: Traumatic Hip Fracture, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Cerebrovascular Accident, Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes Mellitus, Hyperlipidemia, and Atrial Fibrillation
