(L.A.) Scott Adams, 59, Died From Overdosing on Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Scott Adams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP SCOTT ADAMS (December 12, 1964 – October 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:08 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in late February.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
