The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cecilio Galaviz Perez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: History of Methamphetamine Use
