(L.A.) Rosy Arias, 26, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rosy Arias.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Alprazolam, Lidocaine Toxicity

RIP ROSY ARIAS (June 25, 1998 – December 30, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:21 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
