(L.A.) Johnny Rockefeller, 65, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Johnny Rockefeller.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-April, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
