The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Schwake.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Donahue.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol
