(L.A.) Mercy Plotner, 49, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Mercy Plotner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP MERCY PLOTNER (July 10, 1975 – December 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:28 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
