Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black male that occurred on a beach.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brad Yarde.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

RIP BRAD YARDE (June 17, 1993 – December 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
