Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dontae Winters.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Cause of Death C: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension
