(L.A.) Robert Laws, 43, Died at a Sober-Living House

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a sober-living house.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Laws.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP ROBERT LAWS (October 1, 1981 – December 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
