(L.A.) Peter Thorpe, 62, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Thorpe.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Heroin and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: History of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage Due to Peptic Ulcers, Anemia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:01 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
