The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Myocardial Ischemia

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Injury; Medical History of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, and Idiopathic Epilepsy
