Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ian McHenry.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol

RIP IAN MCHENRY (June 25, 1976 – October 25, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:32 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
