Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cynthia Thomas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol

RIP CYNTHIA THOMAS (June 2, 1977 – September 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:53 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in December.
