The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fred Taitague Santos.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Urosepsis

Cause of Death B: Urinary Tract Infection

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, History of Methamphetamine Use
