The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tulasi Mims.

Born in Fresno County. Mother’s maiden name is Pawlowski.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TULASI PRIYA MIMS (August 15, 1995 – August 31, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 22.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
